1. Program Overview

The FLXR Partner Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Partners") to earn commissions by referring new customers to FLXR. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Commission Structure

• Partners earn 20% of the subscription fee for each referred customer
• Commissions are calculated based on the actual amount charged to the customer
• Commissions are recurring and paid monthly as long as the customer maintains an active subscription
• Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account
• FLXR reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

3. Referral Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link or code
• First-touch attribution applies: the first referral source receives credit
• Attribution expires after 30 days if the prospect does not convert
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions
• Referrals to existing FLXR customers are not eligible for commission

4. Relationship Clarification

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of FLXR. This agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture. Partners are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will receive commissions for customers referred before termination, for their current billing period only
• All rights to use FLXR trademarks and materials immediately cease
• FLXR may terminate immediately for violations of these terms
